Asthma Clinic

If you suffer from asthma, you will be on our Asthma Register. This allows us to make sure we are monitoring and controlling any symptoms and medication you are on at least once a year. You will be invited to attend the asthma clinic for a check up at least annually. You can also contact your Surgery to make an appointment to see the Asthma Nurse at any time.

Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) Clinic

Clinics are held at Eastleigh Surgery, every Tuesday morning, to monitor patients with heart disease. Your name will automatically be added to the Coronary Heart Disease Register if you suffer from this.

Diabetic Clinic

Our Diabetic Nurse is able to offer specialist advice regarding diabetes and you can contact your Surgery to make an appointment at any time. Also, you will be invited to attend for an annual diabetic appointment and for Retinal Screening.
