Patients' Forum

Who?

The Westbury Group Practice Patients’ Forum is a group of volunteers with a variety of experience and age. Our aim is to make sure that we – the patients of Westbury Group Practice – get the most from our Surgery.

What?

The Westbury Group Practice Patients Forum was formed in 1998. We consist of a team of six committee members and a membership of around twenty-five people.

When and where?

We meet once every two months, in an evening, at Eastleigh Surgery. The Forum meetings are open and informal and are often attended by one GP, the Surgery Manager and the Patients Services Co-ordinator or Senior Nurse.

Why?

Westbury Group Practice, which includes Eastleigh, White Horse Surgery and Bratton Surgery serves Westbury and surrounding villages. The Practice has a vast array of services available and is growing fast. Its innovation in areas such as mental healthcare has been a benchmark to other surgeries. There is a lot to be proud of, but there is still much to do.

We want to help you to understand the services that YOU can access and we want YOU to give your input into the running of the Surgery.

We are fully supported by the doctors and staff of Westbury Group Practice and meet with them to make sure that we all understand the direction, issues and concerns facing our Surgery.

How?

Should you wish to find out more about Westbury Group Practice Patients' Forum please speak to Michelle Coleman, Patients Services Coordinator, at Eastleigh Surgery who will be happy to help.

If you would like to join us, fill in one of the forms displayed on a notice board at Eastleigh Surgery or available for download here
