Weekly sessions at 10.30 am each Wednesday at Grassacres Hall Station Road, Westbury

• KEEP MOBILE - just what the doctor ordered. Supervised gentle exercise for all over 60. Got a disability? No problem
• ENJOY A CHAT AND CUPPA WITH FRIENDS
• GUEST SPEAKERS to talk on varied subjects including poetry, authors, photo tours of travel, holidays, welfare, “ be safe at home”, benefits available, bingo, scrabble, cards etc.
• GENTLE EXERCISE - All medical researchers have proven that keeping active increases health and wellbeing. With the help of Age Concern, the Fit As A Fiddle national programme is coming to Westbury for all seniors to
try. No matter if you are unfit, disabled or just reluctant to try something different, come along, you will enjoy. To suit any level of ability. Those with mobility problems welcome.
• EXERCISE: Exercise to music, wheelchair exercises, tia-chi, wii fit, indoor curling, individual training etc
