Mental Health Team

We currently have three Counsellors , Lorraine Evason, Kym Netherton and Helen McLeod, providing a counselling service on Monday morning and afternoon and Tuesday morning. On referral from the GP an information leaflet and questionnaire will be sent out the to patient who can then make an appointment via Reception. Alternatively patients can self refer making an appointment in the usual way.

Physiotherapist

Our In-House Orthopaedic Specialist Physiotherapist, Teri Bayford, is available on Friday Morning, please make an appointment with the GP who will be able to refer you.

Social Care Team

The Social Services team covering Westbury are now based at Trowbridge Hospital. They are able to provide advice, information and assistance on a range of social care needs. They are contactable on 0300 456 0111 or alternatively you can contact the Customer Advisors for Adult and Social Care on 01225 173001. Chiropodist

If you need to see a chiropodist, you can self-refer without needing to see the doctor. Please ask at reception for a referral form and more details.
