Westbury Group Practice has set up a new Results Service to make it easier and quicker for you to find out the results of your tests.
To find out the result of a test please telephone the Results Clerk direct on 01373 866919
The Results Service opening hours are:
2.00pm to 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
8.30am to 12.30pm on Wednesday
If the Results Clerk is busy you will receive an engaged tone or a recorded message will tell you when the service is available.
For confidentiality reasons we are unable to leave messages on answer phones and we are not able to provide information to anyone other than the patient. However, permission can be given by the patient in advance to enable us to do so.
To help make the system more efficient please telephone whenever possible rather than visiting the surgery to request your test results, thank you.
If you would prefer to leave a message for the results clerk to telephone you, please call the receptionist on 0844 477 8762 or 0844 477 8760 who will pass the message to the Results Clerk for you.
Important Information: Please note that for confidentiality reasons we are only able to give test results to the patient.
