Patients' Forum Constitution

  1. The Forum shall be known as The Westbury Group Practice Patients' Forum
  2. All members of the Forum shall have completed a registration form in order to establish the right to vote on any issue
  3. The Forum shall elect from its number the positions of Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, hereinafter called the Officers
  4. The officers shall be elected annually at the Annual General Meeting and may offer themselves for re-election

History of Bratton Surgery

Until the First World War, local people relied on local knowledge of natural remedies and medical practitioners were few and far between.

  1. Take the A350 towards Westbury
  2. Continue straight at the roundabout by The Bell public house
  3. Turn right onto Hospital Road when you see the signs for Westbury Hospital
  4. After approx 150yds the road bends sharply, turn right into the hospital site
  5. Use the main hospital entrance and then follow the signs for White Horse Surgery

  1. Take the A3098 Leigh Road towards Westbury. At the end turn left onto the A350 Warminster Road
  2. Continue past the Peugeot garage on your left and then straight over the mini roundabout by the petrol station
  3. Turn left at the mini roundabout onto Haynes Road
  4. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto Station Road. Eastleigh Surgery is on your right, immediately after the pedestrian crossing

  1. When entering the village of Bratton, The Duke public house is on the right hand side which is on the main road
  2. Just before the pub, there is a turning on the right, which takes you into The Tynings
  3. Bratton Surgery is on the right hand side
  4. It is a ground floor flat with a small adjoining car park
