Welcome to the Westbury Group Practice website. The aim of this site is to give information about the practice, its services and guidance for patients and prospective patients. We hope you find it a helpful and informative resource and value your feedback or comments, so please use the feedback form.
After several months of absence, our website finally makes a return. Still a work in progress, but we're at a stage where it can be released upon the world! In the process of moving, we're now hosted on a solar powered server thanks to Lightbeing Creations.

The busiest times of day on our telephone system are 9.00am-11.00am & 2pm-3pm
The number of incoming calls taken during those 3 hours is equal to the number of calls taken during the other 5.5 hours the phone line is open each day.
The busiest days in the week are always Monday & Thursdays
On Monday 30th October 2006 between 8am and 12.30pm there were 605 incoming telephone calls. 67% of these phone calls were answered within 10 seconds of the call coming into our system.
Once a call has entered our phone system, it takes, on average, 43 seconds for the reception to answer your call. The average length of each phone call is 56 seconds.
